What is Pentecost? You touched my thought when you mentioned self sustaining community. Now that our community has fallen from the Cross to the Pentecost it is time to rebuild a self sustaining community. I think that this self sustaining community can be founded - financial security first with in community jobs and debt collection. The population discussed cannot have major debt because it was not allowed but they do have intrappment debt such as student loans and payday loans. Student loans where they were in a commodity program that only benefited the owners and left the student with life time debt. I propose that all debt be cleared by issuing creidt cards for residents to charge all debts into one account owned by the larger community. Every one pay all their bills off with the charge card. Funds from the community can seed the account. Each resident now can be issued a job of their choice in the community with above average wage and began “reconditioning”.
